William has been in the mortgage industry for a decade and has a wide range of leadership experience. He has served as a Director for 3 years, Sr. Director for 3 years, and a VP for 2 years. He has been trusted to lead partnerships, team member lending, and retail teams as a Sr. Director. He has also been trusted to run purchase and refinance regions as a VP at his previous employer. William has also received his certificate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University. 

William has been married for 3 years to his wife Falicia and has a 7 year old son (Roman) a 3 year old son (Abel) and is expecting another baby boy in the Fall of 2022.
